Profile

Appearance - System (follows OS), Light, or Dark. Changes apply immediately. Account
  • Profile picture (JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, max 5MB)
  • Name and timezone
  • Email and organization (read-only, contact admin to change)
Notifications - Email and browser notifications for long-running tasks. Referrals - Generate a code to invite others. Click “Save” to apply changes.

Personalization

Custom instructions - Enable to customize nickname, agent name, personality (Friendly, Professional, Creative), tone (Corporate, Casual, Playful), and additional preferences. When disabled, Doe uses default behavior. Memory
  • Reference saved memories (facts about you and preferences)
  • Reference chat history (previous conversations for context)
Toggles and preset tags save immediately. Text fields require “Save”.

Integrations

Connect third-party services from the Integrations tab. See Integrations for the full list of 30+ services.

Data & Privacy

Export data - Download all settings, chats, and conversations as JSON. Click “Export data” to download. Delete all chats - Permanently delete ALL chat history. Cannot be undone. Click “Delete all chats” → “Confirm delete”.

Members

Admin-only tab. Invite members by email, assign roles (Admin or Member), and manage team. Change roles with the dropdown, remove with “Remove” button, search by email/name/role/status. All changes save immediately. See Team management for role permissions.
